Through a digital innovation campaign, I developed the Patagonia Repair Hub, a platform designed to shift consumer behavior from replacing to repairing. This interactive hub provides repair guides, virtual consultations, and a sustainability tracker, empowering users to extend the life of their gear while reducing waste. The campaign comes to life through a multi-channel strategy, featuring a nationwide Repair Hub Truck Tour, hands-on workshops, and engaging digital activations. With a mix of social media, print, and OOH ads, this initiative not only strengthens Patagonia’s brand values but also deepens consumer loyalty by turning sustainability into an interactive experience.
